General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
From 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation came into effect.
The new regulation is designed to keep your personal information as an employer, including your e-mail address safer. The GDPR also covers your employees.

Nannywage Ltd are committed to following the new rules to protect your privacy and give you the best possible experience when using our service, so that we may help to stop you from receiving junk and spam e-mails in your inbox and the inbox of your employees.
The data we will hold about you and your staff will help us personalise your payroll and pension service.
In order for Nannywage Ltd to continue to send you e-mails regarding payroll and pension, we require your permission to send them to you and your employees.
Nannywage Ltd take the utmost care to protect your personal information and that of your employee and only share this information with parties that are involved in the processing of payroll and pension.
By ticking the consent box on the payroll form you give us your permission to continue sending you and your staff e-mails and allow us to share your details with certain third parties, to allow us to continue to provide our premium payroll service to you. We will only share your data with:
- HMRC, as required by HMRC RTI compliance, to submit on line on your behalf a Full Payment Summary each pay frequency.
- NEST pension provider, where applicable, as required by The Pension Regulator for automatic workplace pension enrolment and pension contribution reports.
- Where you instruct us to send any payroll and pension information to a third party.
